First aid 4h course content:

 

• Basic resuscitation including how to use of an automated external defibrillator (AED)

• First aid of an unconscious casualty

•  Foreign object in the airway

• Action taken to assist in an accident

• Controlling bleeding and shock

It is important to know first aid.

An accident or illness can occur e.g. at home, work, school or leisure.
